FILE FIT BEFORE PAYMENT
What a usable payout export contains
Your processor report and store export may use different headers. Do not rename fields based on a guess. If these exact meanings are not clear in your source, use the free fit review. A generic Stripe export is not automatically a match.
Three minimized CSV files
Use UTF-8 CSV with the exact header order shown below. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD; USD amounts have two decimal places. Keep references consistent across files. Remove names, addresses, emails, tax IDs, card details and full bank-account numbers.
Orders
id,date,subtotal,discount,shipping,tax,total,processor
One unique order per row. Total equals subtotal minus discount plus shipping and tax. Processor is Stripe. Up to 250 rows within the selected closed period.
Itemized settlement detail
date,payout,order,type,gross,fee,net,currency
Use signed gross and fees, with gross plus fee equal to net. Currency is USD. Supported types: charge, refund, chargeback, fee and adjustment. Charges, refunds and chargebacks need exact order references. Up to 250 rows and 20 payout IDs. A fee deducted from the gross is negative in this normalized format; verify how your original export represents it.
Bank deposit crosswalk
date,processor,payout,amount,currency
One minimized deposit line per payout ID, processor Stripe and currency USD. A split deposit or missing reference needs a reviewed crosswalk. Deposit differences may be valid findings; we do not change amounts to force a match.
What the browser checks
Headers, row counts, reference joins, decimal arithmetic, dates and currency are checked on your device. It does not connect to your Stripe account, upload files or certify the underlying facts. On submission only counts, dates, template version and file hashes are recorded with your business inquiry.
When to use the free review
Different schemas, missing reports, multiple currencies, ambiguous references, split deposits or another processor need review before payment. Send only a scope question first. We confirm the private transfer route before accepting financial files.
