SERVICE TERMS ยท EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 25, 2026

Payout Exception Check terms

A paid engagement begins only after we accept a specific written scope and data-handling agreement. Payment is requested through a job-specific Stripe checkout. Do not upload or send financial files before we confirm the private intake instructions.

Scope and price

The $199 USD check covers one business/store, one supported Stripe settlement export, USD, a closed period up to 31 days and an agreed settlement tail up to 7 days. Maximum accepted volume is 250 settlement rows, 250 order rows and 20 payout batches. Actual schemas and completeness are reviewed before acceptance. Applicable tax, if any, must be disclosed before payment.

Deliverables are a reconciliation workbook, exception log and concise summary of the supplied evidence. Native reports may already solve the question; a paid job is accepted only for the remaining task.

Inputs and timing

The order specifies report dates, formats, coverage, private transfer, allowed AI tools, retention/deletion date and delivery date before payment. The current outside delivery commitment is up to 10 business days after complete, accepted inputs and verified payment. Missing, ambiguous, unsupported or late inputs require clarification and a revised agreed date; we do not silently invent records.

Payment and changes

Payment is requested through Stripe after scope acceptance. There is no subscription or automatic upsell. Extra periods or different formats require a separate accepted price; we do not charge for them automatically.

Acceptance and corrections

Required source files are an order CSV, itemized Stripe settlement/payout detail and bank-deposit lines with payout references or an agreed verified crosswalk. The acceptance check is whether the package covers the accepted files and period, traces reported figures to the source records, distinguishes missing evidence from zero, and documents exceptions and next evidence. A difference that remains unexplained in the source records is a finding, not a promise of recovery.

Report a calculation, mapping or omitted-scope defect within 7 calendar days of delivery so it can be reviewed and corrected. This review window does not waive mandatory consumer rights or establish acceptance merely through silence.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation policy: cancellation before processing begins receives a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the accepted scope, we offer a full refund rather than an automatic substitute. A material in-scope defect that we cannot correct receives a full refund. We acknowledge a reported defect within 2 business days and agree a correction date or refund in writing. Changes of scope and partial completed work are discussed in writing; no automatic partial-payment entitlement is assumed.

Limitations and private data

This is operations reporting support for your bookkeeper/accountant's use. It is not tax advice, accounting assurance, an audit opinion, financial advice, journal-entry posting, credential access or recovery of held funds. The service does not control banks or processors and cannot guarantee income, savings, a dispute outcome or recovery.

You must have authority to provide the minimized business records and approve the actual data/AI processing and retention terms before file transfer. We do not accept credentials or full card/bank details.
