Privacy and file handling
This page describes the initial fit-request flow for Luminary Solutions, a service of Luminary Commerce LLC.
The fit check
The browser form prepares an email containing your business email, processor, period length and estimated row counts and optional non-sensitive question. A fixed, non-personal campaign reference may be included in the email you choose to send; arbitrary URL parameters and click IDs are not retained. These values stay in your browser until you choose to send the prepared email. Preparing or copying the request does not submit it to us. Your email provider processes any email you send.
Do not include customer records, bank or card details, passwords, tax identifiers, full account numbers or financial exports in the public fit request. We use the business inquiry to assess fit and respond about the requested service, not to enroll you in a marketing sequence. The authorized local coordinator may use AI-assisted tools to review an inquiry; do not send sensitive content. Unconverted inquiry copies under our control are marked for deletion at our existing inquiry reviews, due 90 days after the last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion or preservation is required for an accepted order or legal obligation. Deletion of provider-managed backups follows their policies.
Website services
The page is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and may load Google Fonts. Hosting and font providers receive ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies. This site does not load advertising pixels, browser analytics, cookies for marketing, or third-party file-upload forms.
Payment records
Stripe processes card details and sends signed payment events to our server. Our receipt ledger retains one-way hashes of opaque event, session and payment references, the scope digest and payment state. It does not store customer names, email addresses, card or bank details, or financial files. A successful checkout does not automatically start work.
Payment and real files
If a scope is accepted, checkout is handled by Stripe. Card information goes to Stripe, not to this page. Private source files require a separate agreed transfer route, scope, permitted AI tools, storage location and retention/deletion date. Agreement to a fit review does not grant permission to process source files or reuse them to train or market a service.
We request only the identifiers and amounts necessary to match the agreed records. Unnecessary names, addresses and account details must be removed. Real processing is permitted only for an accepted scope and its separate data agreement.
