Shopify Payments or PayPal?
We can assess compatible USD exports for the $199 Payout Exception Check. The instant file validator supports the Stripe standard template only. For Shopify Payments and PayPal, start with report names, column headers, dates and row counts. Do not send financial rows or credentials with your first inquiry.
Shopify Payments
- Order export with order references, dates, currency, order totals and any refunds. Multiple line items must not duplicate an order total.
- Payout transaction detail covering the agreed period and settlement tail, including charges, fees, refunds and adjustments.
- Verified payout IDs and a transaction-to-payout crosswalk. More than one payout can share a payout date.
- Minimized bank-deposit records matched to those payout IDs. Payout dates and bank posting dates can differ.
Shopify Payments reports do not substitute for a separate PayPal activity report. Missing currency, unexplained reserves or unclear identifiers require clarification before we accept the job.
PayPal
- USD Activity Download CSV with transaction IDs, types, statuses, gross, fees, net and balance impact.
- Opening and closing wallet balances for the same period, supported by a statement or agreed source evidence.
- Order-to-payment references, including original transaction references for refunds or reversals.
- Withdrawal IDs and a verified crosswalk to bank deposits, with any money retained in the PayPal wallet identified separately.
A withdrawal is not another sale. Holds, releases, pending transactions, merchant purchases, currency conversion and incomplete transfers can require a different scope. We do not force them into a payout batch or assume a zero opening balance.
The bounded check
One business, one accepted processor, USD, one closed period up to 31 days and an agreed settlement tail up to 7 days. Up to 250 order rows, 250 settlement or wallet-activity rows and 20 payout batches or withdrawals. We confirm the exact price, mapping, private transfer, delivery date and acceptance terms before payment. If native reports already answer the question, we decline the paid job.
